License shows as inactive
Go to Novamira → License, paste the key again, click Save and activate. If the error says the license is tied to a different domain, the license is active on another site; deactivate it there first, or reactivate it here (reactivation on a new site automatically frees the old one).
Domain mismatch notice
This appears when the saved license was activated on a different host. This happens when you clone a site (staging from production, for example) or change domain. Reactivate the license on this site to resolve it.
Updates not appearing
Check that the license is active. Then go to Plugins and click Check for updates on the Novamira Pro row. If still nothing, open the Novamira License page and click Refresh status.
Couldn’t reach the license server
Temporary issue. Try again in a few minutes.
